Rockin Green Laundry Detergent Review
I was first introduced to Rockin Green laundry detergent when I ordered a cloth diaper package online a couple years ago. The vendor included a sample of the Rockin’ Green soap to use with the diapers, and I loved it.
So when I was offered a chance to review some more of their soap, I said a definite yes! They sent me a full size package of their Hard Rock formula in Bare Naked Babies. It’s called Hard Rock because it’s formulated for hard water, which is perfect for us since we’ve always had problems with hard water.
The soap does an awesome job, especially on towels and sheets which tend to get a little stiff because of the hard water. They came out very soft and smelled nice and clean. I also tried out the soap with some clothes that have been in storage for a while – you know how they tend to take on the stale smell? – and Rockin Green’s soap did a pretty good job at bringing them back to life. I had to do an extra wash just to make sure that stale smell was really gone, but it worked.
Their soaps only use essential oils for scent – no artificial fragrances – so the scent is light and subtle. The Bare Naked Babies that I received is a gentle, unscented version. The laundry smells more like clean than anything else, and that’s the way I like it. 🙂 They also carry other scents like watermelon, and lavender mint.
And they don’t only make laundry detergent either – they also carry dish soap, odor neutralizers, and ammonia bouncers. Check out their entire line here.
Rockin’ Green laundry detergent contains absolutely no parabens, SLS, enzymes, phosphates, or optical brighteners. They’re also biodegradable, gluten free, vegan, and come in recyclable packaging.
They really are an amazing, trustworthy company, and I feel very comfrotable using their products on my family – especially the little ones with sensitive skin.
